Like our namesake, Stein Eriksen, our leaders strive to be at the top of their fields. The Gold Medal Leadership Award seeks to recognize one individual in our management team who has achieved excellence in their role. The qualities that we value in our leaders are as follows; they exude enthusiasm, they execute creative problem solving when issues arise, they inspire the development of others, they communicate effectively with their teams, they take the initiative to continually develop themselves as leaders, they demonstrate resiliency, and they implement creative or strategic initiative to improve their departments and the overall organization.
