Next, we’ll show you our two glorious venues for outdoor wedding ceremonies, Flagstaff Mountain Deck and Bald Mountain Lawn. Flagstaff Mountain Deck provides incredible views of Deer Valley with an elegant “wow” factor for up to 225 guests. The slightly more intimate but no less stunning Bald Mountain Lawn offers a lovely grass-covered area under the aspen trees that accommodates up to 150 guests.
Breathtaking reception options include Park City's most elegant luxury ballroom, the Stein Ballroom, which features panoramic mountain views, a glass-enclosed foyer, and sleek finishes to create an awe-inspiring entrance accommodating up to 325 guests in sophisticated style. Another popular option for more intimate weddings of up to 75 guests is the Flagstaff Room. An entry foyer makes it more secluded, and a welcoming gas fireplace set in rock delivers an elegant European setting. A scenic walkout deck of over 3,000 square feet overlooks the magnificent mountains and panoramic vistas of Deer Valley Resort.
Fabulous Tasting Experience to Create the Perfect Menu
Once the ideal wedding package is in place and every aspect customized specially to fit your individual needs, we will schedule a delectable onsite tasting to confirm your menu, cake, and wine selections, as well as hors d'oeuvres. You’ll meet personally with either our VP of Food & Beverage Operations and Corporate Chef, Zane Holmquist, or with Executive Chef Jonathon Miller, as well as our talented, highly trained sommelier. Finally, our Executive Pastry Chef, Jeremy Garcia, will help you choose your delicious house-made wedding cake.
Your personally selected Wedding Planner will also be onsite with you, along with the close family you have invited, to review the crucial plans for décor, florals, and all other essential details.
